Accounting Assistant will be responsible for following within the related fields of Accounting Department and Property Management. The responsibilities of the Assistant include but are not limited to the following:
*Full charge BookKeeper, Includes A/P, A/R, payroll, General ledger, Quaterly Cash flow, Monthly financial ananlysis for the company etc.
*Maintains and updates files for payments to the vendors and payments from the customers.
*Maintaining all the expence and income accounts with the receipts.
*Tenant Rent Collection
*Vendor- tenant relationships
*Handle the various Tenant needs including but not limited to: a. Complaints b. Rent Collection
*Schedule showings and appointments with ShowingDesk WE Version 2.1.2.43
Qualifications:
DO NOT APPLY FOR THE POSITION IF YOU DON’T HAVE EXEPRIENCE IN THE ACCOUNTING FEILD.
Need to know quickbooks
Assistants must be reliable and punctual
Good communication skills, and a team player is a must!
