The responsibilities of the Assistant include but are not limited to the following:<br \/>\n*Full charge BookKeeper, Includes A\/P, A\/R, payroll, General ledger, Quaterly Cash flow, Monthly financial ananlysis for the company etc.<br \/>\n*Maintains and updates files for payments to the vendors and payments from the customers.<br \/>\n*Maintaining all the expence and income accounts with the receipts.<br \/>\n*Tenant Rent Collection<br \/>\n*Vendor- tenant relationships<br \/>\n*Handle the various Tenant needs including but not limited to: a. Complaints b.
